Sadly I could not give this sample any stars. But it appears that I have to give it at least one in order to submit this review. I have always been satisfied with coffee from Springlike. But not this one. It was bitter and had a dreadful after taste. I had hoped to have some taste of the cocoa and walnut and grapefruit but could not taste any of that. Perhaps something went wrong in the roasting.
We enjoyed the Dark Horizon coffee, however, compared to Bannister's Wharf, we found it less rich and flavorful. It was definitely smooth and enjoyable but we prefer the BW.
