Introducing our staff's favorite coffee blend - the perfect combination of light and dark beans. Our unique blend of Colombian dark roast beans and Indian Malabar Monsoon bright roast beans create a truly special flavor profile. The light beans bring out delicate, fruity wine and berry notes, while the dark beans add chocolate and earthy tones to the mix. The result is a perfectly balanced, low acidity blend that is both delicious and complex. Roasted to a medium intensity, our blend is perfect for those who love a smooth and easy-to-drink coffee. The tasting notes of red currant, lemon, and caramel make this blend stand out and leave a lasting impression. Dark & Bright

I had your coffee for the first time at the Wayfinder hotel in Newport Rhode Island. I asked the server what brand they served since it was so delicious. They were very helpful and from there I went online and ordered it. It is not too strong and never bitter. Extremely smooth and satisfying. Thank you!
